This cat water fountain filters are made of food grade, more safer, sufficient material, and each separate piece is tightly sealed inside with the sturdy superior PP cotton layer, won't penetrate through the pp cotton, no carbon particles evident in water. Natural larger particulate coconut shell activated carbon and ion exchange resin are filled more sufficiently than the old, which achieve stronger purification performance and extend the use time.

Period & How to Use
To prevent the activated carbon dust (which will not harm your pets) from shedding into water, please soak the HAPUP cat fountain filters in normal temperature water for 2 minutes and rinse it thoroughly under under running water before use. It's strongly recommended to replace the filter every 2-6 weeks to ensure a clean water source! Flush the filter with water every time you change the water. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
