500 Micron Thickness

This premium blanket has ultimate durability because of its ability to withstand UV damage, chemical penetration and tearing. While other brands may claim to have a thickness of 500 Microns, we strongly recommend that you check that the weight of their product matches ours. If it doesn't weigh as much, or if they don't advertise the product weight, then you should be wary of their claim.

SmoothCell Design

The exclusive Aurelaqua Solar Swimming Pool Cover features an exclusive bubble design with a smooth and flat shape without any sharp curves that are prone to being thin weak points. These thinner sections in other pool blankets are more susceptible to damage by pool chemicals and general wear and tear.

100% LDPE material

Low-density polyethylene(LDPE) is a superior material as it is tough and flexible and can withstand high temperatures which makes it necessary for Australian conditions. Other brands use HDPE which is a less flexible material and also less resistant to chemicals, and will therefore have a shorter lifespan. A lower translucent property also affects the solar performance.

We accept Change of Mind returns for 14 days after you have received the item in cases where you have changed your mind or made an incorrect purchase and wish to return the product. This also applies to orders cancelled when the item has already been dispatched from our warehouse. The item must be in a re-saleable condition to qualify for a change of mind refund. Deductions may apply including Initial and Return Shipping, as well as restocking fee of 10% of the product price

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
